Aloha Little Yogis and Families!

Little Lions Yoga for children gives you the opportunity to gather with families for a healthy activity that is both interactive and non-competitive. Traditional asana and breathing techniques team up with fun animal sounds, rhymes, and songs for a morning of fun and exploration.

Classes are held at the Oakview Grange in Centralia, WA.
The Oakview Grange is located at 2715 North Pearl St. (State Hwy 507) in Centralia.

Driving directions from downtown Centralia:
  •  Head north on Pearl (SR507) over the Skookumchuck river and beyond the light at Reynolds.
  •  Follow around the bend about three quarters of a mile and you will see-
  •  The Oakview Grange (a large white building) on the left followed by a bright yellow country store.
  • The cross street is Zenkner Valley.

Classes:

No Classes at this time, please call or email for scheduling inquiries.

Children of all ages are welcome to join in on the yoga fun! Each week we gather for a 40 minute class followed by free time to play, get to know each other, and share snacks. Parents may participate in class, observe class, or quietly enjoy space in the adjacent kitchen.

Rates:

$8 per student with discounts available for siblings!

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. The Grange is a large building, and on cold days it is slow to heat up. Warm clothing and a sweatshirt or long sleeved shirt is recommended for winter classes. I bring some blankets for svasana (resting period at the end of class) but you may want to bring a favorite blanket to ensure that there is enough "snuggle gear" for everyone!  I provide some yoga mats, as well, but feel free to bring and use your own.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pot, teapot, cups, plates and the like.  I will make sure that there is tea to brew, and we can all bring snacks to share after classes. There is plenty of room, so tell a friend!

Namaste,
Mokey
